On the part of the public-private company EXTREMADURA AVANTE LOGÍSTICA, the tariffs for unloading containers received by rail or road, and for loading containers dispatched by rail or road, valid during the start-up of the three railway terminals are:
Likewise, BONUSES are contemplated, which will be linked to the commitments of the companies using the service, as well as to the activity, in such a way that EXTREMADURA AVANTE LOGÍSTICA will grant a commercial advantage in the UTI Handling Tariff, depending on the Commitment and/or Volume of Activity of its Clients and Users, as detailed below:
A. COMMITMENT BONUS, applicable to Customers who make a stable commitment to use the Terminal(s) over periods of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, according to the following UTI table:
